Submitting the order enquiry form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the design, date and final price with you in writing.

Pricing
All prices are guide prices. Final pricing depends on size, flavour, decoration and personalisation.
Photographs and image permissions
You are responsible for having permission to use any photograph, artwork or logo you send us. We may decline images that appear to infringe copyright or that are unsuitable for printing.
Allergens and ingredients
Our bakes are produced in a kitchen that handles wheat, egg, dairy, soya and nuts, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before confirming an order.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Late changes may not be possible once baking, printing or decorating has started.
Collection and delivery
Collection or delivery arrangements are agreed for each order. Once an order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for storage and handling passes to you.
